No officer will be compensated for all parts of service provided except refunding transportation expenses when a personnel is fully dedicated for a project (s) out of local areas.
The total amount of restricted gifts or donations will be used for the purpose for which it was given.
At times Wogen will not join a venture with for profit organizations
Over 85 % of the net worth is used to accomplish approved projects approved by the director of boards.
