No part of the earnings or benefits will be distributed among the members or trustee officers or other private individuals or entities. Wogen is not affiliated to any religion, race or ethnic group or political parties. And hence wogen does not discriminate based on gender, race, religion or political belief or national origin.
All documents will be filed properly and maintained at the office.
No officer will be compensated for all parts of service provided except refunding transportation expenses when a personnel is fully dedicated for a project (s) out of local areas.
The total amount of restricted gifts or donations will be used for the purpose for which it was given.
At times Wogen will not join a venture with for profit organizations
Over 85 % of the net worth is used to accomplish approved projects approved by the director of boards.
